Empower Your Child to Lead, Inspire, and Cheer for Their School—Join Our Cheer Squad!

EMCSD is excited to announce the beginning of our cheerleading program district wide, available to students starting in 3rd grade! This exciting program is in partnership with the El Monte Parks and Recreations Department. Together we are bringing this engaging program to provide students with the opportunity to learn cheerleading skills, foster teamwork, school spirit, and physical fitness.

Cheerleading is a great way for students to build confidence, improve coordination, and bond friendships. From leadership and teamwork to discipline and resilience, the skills you learn in cheerleading will benefit you throughout your life. If you enjoy dancing, performing or just want a fun way to exercise, cheerleading is a perfect fit. Our coaches are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where every student can thrive, whether new to cheer or have prior experience.
